SMCP, featuring Sandro and Maje, is seeking a FT Sales Supervisor at Bloomingdales, Tyson's Corner. You will lead client relationships, coach a team, and deliver a premium shopping experience for our Parisian-chic brands.

Join a dynamic luxury retail environment, drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure brand standards while managing store operations and KPI performance. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• 1–2 years of sales or service experience, with some supervisory background.
• Passionate about fashion and luxury retail, with a Parisian chic sensibility.
• Strong communication skills and leadership presence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in clienteling and customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Coach and mentor associates to enhance selling skills, service techniques, and product knowledge.
