Job summary

SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot is seeking a General Manager for a boutique at Valley Fair / Stanford Bloomingdales. You will lead a client-centric team, drive Parisian-inspired service, and manage sales performance while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop top talent, partner with corporate to implement initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across front and back-of-house to deliver memorable experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail.
• Experience in a commission environment is a plus.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision to foster a high-performing, positive team culture and retention.
• Act as brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service and clienteling.
• Drive KPIs: conversion, UPT, average basket, appointment sales, and inventory control.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations ensuring smooth store performance.
• Collaborate with corporate to implement initiatives and align store strategy.
