Ana Luisa is seeking a Floor Lead, Operations in Garden City, NY to drive store performance through operational excellence and exceptional client experiences. The role blends leadership with hands-on floor activity, nurturing a high-performing team and ensuring flawless inventory control.

You will partner with store leadership to hit sales targets and KPIs, maintain luxury standards, coach team members, and support omni-channel operations while aligning with Ana Luisa's brand values.

Formación

• Must have 2–3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and client-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team.
• Drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Partner with store leadership to meet sales goals and KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT, retention).
• Deliver bespoke service and elevate client experiences to strengthen loyalty.
