Allied Universal® is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee operations for remotely managed accounts, ensuring site coverage and client satisfaction. You will supervise Security Professionals on client sites, coordinate with Operations Managers, and maintain real-time field updates across multiple luxury retail locations in the Miami area.

The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and the ability to respond quickly to coverage gaps while enforcing client protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-the-ground presence across assigned luxury retail and commercial sites.
• Direct day-to-day communication with store managers, boutique staff, and client contacts.
• Coordinate with security officers regarding shift status and compliance.
• Conduct on-site inspections of officer grooming, uniforms, and post-order protocols.
• Provide training and onboarding support for officers at client locations.
• Travel daily between multiple sites using company vehicle.
• Respond to call-offs and cover posts as needed to ensure coverage.
