• 1+ years retail experience in a customer or business-facing position
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends
• Dedication to delivering an elevated experience to customers and employees
• Problem solving to meet customer needs
• Professional demeanor representing the brand at all times
• Receptiveness to feedback and desire to improve performance
• Calm under pressure and ability to turn challenging moments into positive outcomes

Responsabilités

• Drive Revenue through suggestive selling and product knowledge
• Perform daily outreach to drive traffic and repeat business
• Educate buyers and consignors on sustainable luxury and the circular economy
• Manage the consignment drop-off experience and set expectations
• Review and catalog luxury items to TRR standards
• Resolve consignor inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset
• Maintain pristine store environment and brand aesthetics
• Support opening/closing procedures and store readiness
