Job summary

You will own the employee experience, recruit and develop talent, maintain visual merchandising, and use digital assets to enhance the customer journey. A proven track record in luxury retail leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous store management experience in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent English and local language.
• Ability to leverage digital assets and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand-focused store operations and drive engagement on the shop floor.
• Be on the shop floor and act as a brand ambassador.
• Monitor and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain luxury environment and visual merchandising standards.
• Drive use of digital assets to enhance the customer journey.
• Retain and develop talent and lead a high performing team.
• Recruitment, staff development and succession planning.
• Establish a learning culture and connect the team to Burberry.
