The RealReal in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury consignment environment.

You will engage customers, educate buyers and consignors on sustainability, manage the consignment process, uphold boutique standards, and assist with store readiness. Prior luxury retail or consignment experience is preferred; Google Suite, Salesforce, and Mac OS fluency are a plus.

Competenze

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Commitment to delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Drive revenue through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Proactive daily outreach to drive traffic and repeat business.
• Educate customers and consignors on sustainable luxury and TRR’s circular economy mission.
• Manage consignment drop-off, set expectations, and process consignor inquiries.
• Review and catalog items to meet TRR standards; maintain store readiness and merchandising.
