The RealReal in New York, NY is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to be the first point of contact for clients and consignors. You will educate clients about our mission, deliver a warm, personalized experience, and guide shoppers to the products that meet their needs.

You will greet clients, assist with in-store returns and consignment drop-offs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• 1-2+ years of work experience, luxury preferred.
