Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive exceptional service on the sales floor and coach team members within a luxury consignment environment. You will educate customers on sustainable fashion, manage consignor processes, and ensure high-quality product handling while meeting sales goals.

You will support opening/closing routines, assist with daily tasks, and partner with store management to motivate staff and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• : 2+ years retail experience in a customer or business-facing position.
• : Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.

• : Review and process items for shipment, ensuring TRR quality standards.
• : Maintain product handling to high quality standards.
• : Deliver high service levels while managing multiple customer journeys.
• : Build brand loyalty through best-in-class experiences.
• : Reach out daily to drive traffic to retail stores.
• : Support consignor relations issues; assist with opening/closing.
• : Support daily store tasks like replenishing supplies and merchandise.
