Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide the best luxury shopping experience.
• Ring customer sales and accurately process transactions.
• Support Sales Associates and assist with pulling internet orders and transfers.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate associates.
• Gift wrapping and opening/closing front desk.
