The ideal candidate has 1+ years in luxury retail, knowledge of fashion trends, and proficiency with POS systems; strong English, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS tools.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; capture data for repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; support store operations.
• Maintain floor cleanliness, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
