Boll & Branch is seeking a Retail Client Advisor for our The Summit store in Birmingham, AL. You will deliver personalized shopping experiences, build client relationships, and guide customers through in-store and in-home design consultations to elevate sleep solutions.

You will drive sales through consultative selling, maintain brand standards, support daily store operations, and participate in community events.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of retail sales experience in luxury or specialty retail.
• Passion for hospitality and building customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling and clienteling.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not required.
