Job summary

Boll & Branch in Short Hills, NJ is hiring a Retail Client Advisor (Full-Time) to guide customers with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality, from selection to purchase across in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultations.

You will help customers design spaces based on sleep habits and style, maintain store standards, and support events and daily operations. The role offers hourly pay of $20–$26 with a store-performance bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or personalized service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with ability to build rapport.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, POS systems, and other retail technology.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
