Job summary

Reiss, part of Macy's Fresno Fashion Fair Mall, California, is seeking a Concession Manager to lead our concession on a full-time permanent basis. You will drive performance, deliver premium service and manage stock, merchandising and promotions to support sales targets.

The role requires experience in luxury retail, strong leadership, and the ability to develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation.
• Experience with premium or luxury product lines is preferred.
• Proven track record of improving business performance.
• Strong customer service leadership and staff development.
