Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Client Advisor in China to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role involves cross-selling, client engagement, and maintaining store presentation to reflect CELINE’s premium standards.

The ideal candidate has Mandarin fluency, a college degree or higher, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a passion for fashion. This is a long-term contract role based in China within CELINE's retail team.

Qualifications

• College degree or above.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Retail luxury experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent level of customer service to customers.
• Provide solutions to customers and maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling.
• Handle customer enquiries.
• Follow up the transaction at cashier counter.
• Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on store events.
• Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor.
• Provide support in merchandising arrivals.
• Provide support for in-store events.
• Provide support in visual merchandising and display.
• Enforce safety, health and security rules.
