Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to represent the brand with elegance and a client-centric approach. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding clients across all categories and ensuring service meets CELINE standards.

You will lead by example, support store management, develop client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales objectives while upholding grooming and brand standards, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to drive a multi-million client book through relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support the team in their sales.
• Welcome clients, advise across the brand and all product categories.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and clienteling to develop and recruit clients.
• Develop and maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge.
• Participate as a team-player and support store management in daily operations.
• Maintain CELINE grooming and behavior standards.
• Assist management with floor operations, stock, and opening/closing duties.
• Mentor and buddy new team members and support policy understanding.
• Occasionally contribute to stock/visual merchandising and after-sales.
