Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably luxury locations.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Build deep product knowledge to inspire confident purchases.
• Grow client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals).
• Explain Vince aesthetics to drive sales.
• Convert walk-ins into loyal clients with consultative selling.
• Model selling behaviors to the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention.
