V Opco LLC, in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Client Advisor to lead luxury client interactions and sales at Vince. You will own your client book, demonstrate expert product knowledge, and elevate every client interaction to a meaningful sale.

The role requires a proven sales background in luxury retail, excellent communication, and a proactive, energetic approach to generating business. Weekend/evening availability is expected in a vibrant, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors to inspire the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
