You are a top performer with 2+ years in retail sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. The role offers $18.45-$22.00 per hour plus sales incentives in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor
• Flexible schedule; weekends, evenings, events, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Build deep understanding of fabrics, fits, and design intent to inspire purchases
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention
