Vince in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Client Advisor (Sales Supervisor) who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will own your client book and demonstrate luxury service standards with deep product knowledge.

You are a top performer who consistently exceeds sales goals, builds lasting client relationships, and collaborates with a high-energy team to drive the Vince brand forward. Weekend/evening availability and proactive business development are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising
• Flexible schedule; weekends/evenings/holidays availability

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Build deep product knowledge to inspire confident purchases
• Grow a robust client book via outreach (SMS, email, referrals)
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the sales floor
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention and procedures
