Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with POS, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to climb ladders/perform physical tasks up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-ups, referrals).
• Engage clients with the Vince aesthetic to drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement.
• Model selling behaviors on the floor to inspire the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, and inventory controls.
• Uphold all company policies and loss prevention procedures.
