Vince, the luxury fashion brand, is seeking a part-time Client Advisor in Dallas to drive sales and elevate every client interaction. You will bring energy, product knowledge, and a passion for the Vince aesthetic to build client loyalty and contribute to a premium shopping experience.

You will manage your client book, proactively reach out via SMS and email, and collaborate with the team to maintain luxury standards across in-store presentation and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert walk-ins into loyal clients.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
