Vince is seeking a Client Advisor for Buckhead Village in Atlanta. You will drive luxury sales, build a strong client book, and provide elevated service with deep product knowledge.

You will demonstrate Weinstein-standard selling and clienteling, convert walk-ins into loyal clients, and support store operations to reflect the Vince luxury experience. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.
• Flexible schedule; weekend, evening, events and holiday availability.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Understand fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book via proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and tailor conversations to the brand.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement and styling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling to the store team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals.
