Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail sales, experience in luxury environments, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. The position requires flexibility for weekends and evenings, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales.
• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to elevate the team
• Support store operation including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention
