You are a top performer who builds a robust client book, communicates confidently about the Vince aesthetic, and supports operations such as POS, merchandising, and inventory to maintain the Vince luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication for customer interactions.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and clienteling expectations.
• Build and maintain a robust client book through proactive outreach.
• Engage with clients to convey the Vince aesthetic and drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with a consultative approach.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies and loss prevention procedures.
