Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information and manage client book using multiple communication channels.
• Carry out follow-up contact and respond to inquiries about products and care.
• Achieve personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager guidance.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate POS system, conduct end-of-day emails, and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and housekeeping throughout the shift.
