Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of operating cash register or POS terminal.
• Detail oriented with good numerical sense.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Record POS transactions accurately at the register.
• Provide high level of service according to Hermès standards.
• Support Sales Team with cashiering tasks.
• Process payments and refunds according to policy.
• Maintain accurate daily cash reconciliations.
• Input transactions and client information into the system.
