Job summary

Hermès Maison Madison Flagship Boutique in New York seeks a Selling Supervisor to lead daily client interactions, reach sales targets, and uphold Hermes service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will oversee merchandise presentation, inventory replenishment, POS accuracy, and asset protection, collaborating with the sales team to deliver exceptional experiences for every client. This role reports to the Floor Director and requires a proactive approach to teamwork and risk control.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-end client service in a luxury retail environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets as part of a boutique team.
• Ability to manage inventory, ticketing, and replenishment per brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly/annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Process transactions, manage receipts/CRM data, and support after-sales service.
• Open/close tills, authorize returns/exchanges with management approval, and monitor assets.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organize selling floor per VM guidelines.
