Hermès Maison Madison Flagship Boutique in New York is seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to create an effortless luxury environment, greeting clients from the front door to the selling floor.

You will work with sales associates to provide high-touch hospitality, assist with taxi arrangements, escort clients, and support with bags, all while maintaining attentiveness in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or concierge roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the boutique.
• Manage floor traffic by greeting clients and guiding them to the appropriate area.
• Assist guests with taxi or car service arrangements and help with bags as needed.
• Provide hospitable, gracious service in collaboration with the sales team.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store offerings and neighborhood information.
