Job summary

Hermès Madison Boutique in New York is seeking a Selling and Service Specialist to support front and back-of-house operations, processing transactions, CRM entries, and client services in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role requires assisting Sales Specialists, preparing appointments, and ensuring accurate POS processing with post-sale follow-up. 1 year of luxury retail experience, strong communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of selling and retail experience, in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with POS and/or cash handling strongly preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist top sales specialists by organizing gifting initiatives and experiences for clients and referrals.
• Support assigned Sales Specialists and Selling Supervisors to reach monthly sales goals.
• Prepare for in-store appointments with charge sends and item pulls; manage fitting rooms with Concierge and Selling Management.
• Record POS transactions accurately and follow up on post-sale shipping and alterations.
