Job summary

TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for the Retail team in our Charlotte store. The role focuses on creating a premium client experience, growing sales, and building strong relationships with clients, while upholding brand standards and delivering world-class service.

The ideal candidate demonstrates passion for luxury markets, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to coach others, drive KPI performance, and lead by example in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of KPI metrics and clienteling.
• Experience delivering high-quality client service in luxury or premium retail.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in a store or team setting.
• Experience training and coaching store staff and peers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
• Lead with initiative, plan, and prioritize to drive change and excellence.
• Train and develop staff through coaching and roleplay; support store manager with quarterly goals.
• Communicate clearly, build relationships with colleagues and clients, and maintain ethical standards.
• Ensure payroll accuracy by managing timecards and adhering to policies.
