Swarovski is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial results in a luxury retail setting. You’ll coach and empower a diverse team, model outstanding service, and step in for the Store Manager when needed to maintain momentum and standards.

You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development, oversee store operations—inventory, cash handling, and compliance—and ensure engaging visual merchandising and seamless day‑to‑day

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural luxury retail environment.
• Leadership and coaching experience.
• Excellent customer service and digital proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience.
• Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance.
