Job summary
Swarovski is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example in a luxury retail environment. You will coach a diverse team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to achieving sales plans and targets. You’ll be a brand advocate, managing daily store operations and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
- Leadership and coaching experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
- Curious, empathetic and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience.
- Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance.
- Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
- Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
- Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
