You’ll coach the staff, recruit and onboard talent, and help drive sales to meet monthly targets while overseeing store operations, inventory, and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury retail, strong leadership, and a customer-centric mindset, with excellent communication and digital skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Leadership and coaching experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
