Brobston Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Fendi in New York to support the overall management of the team, merchandise, and client experience. You will lead and develop the team to ensure delivery operational excellence and drive sales while maintaining the highest level of client service.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire the team, build succession plans, and create internal growth paths for all members.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Minimum 3 years luxury experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience a plus.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Proactive interpersonal abilities: communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Aptitude to work in a team environment.
