Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail management
• Experience in commission environment is a plus
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building abilities
• Results-driven with KPI focus

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team with vision and engagement
• Recruit, mentor, and develop store staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury brand experience
• Drive KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, AOV, appointments, shrinkage
• Oversee front and back-of-house operations and store processes
• Collaborate with corporate partners to align strategies and initiatives
