SMCP's Sandro Beverly Hills store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver an elevated client experience. You will coach staff, drive personal sales, and ensure storefront reflects the Sandro/Maje brand aesthetics with flawless visual standards.

In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager, manage daily operations, mentor associates, and contribute to KPI achievement while working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in a vibrant Beverly Hills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop talent.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary client service as the boutique's host and drive personal sales.
• Lead and mentor the team to achieve KPIs and provide feedback on engagement and styling.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising aligned with Sandro/Maje guidelines.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and staff development.
