Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with POS and inventory management systems; MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in daily operations: coordinate, monitor and report on activities
• Assist with recruitment, training and supervising staff
• Maximize sales and deliver friendly, welcoming customer service
• Communicate with customers to determine needs
• Help with employee scheduling and client book maintenance
• Drive sales via consignments and partnerships with designers and stylists
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and in line with policies
• Oversee stock displays, transfers, receiving merchandise and loss prevention
