Jenni Kayne is seeking a Store Manager to lead a flagship-style operation, driving sales, delivering an elevated client experience, and building a high-performing team that reflects the Jenni Kayne brand.

You will oversee all aspects of store operations, from floor leadership to inventory management, payroll, and coaching, while maintaining brand standards and excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility with scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or contemporary environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive store sales performance, achieving or exceeding KPIs.
• Lead from the floor as a top-performing seller, prioritizing client experience.
• Deliver an elevated client experience reflecting the Jenni Kayne brand.
• Analyze trends and implement strategies to meet KPI targets and drive foot traffic and conversion.
• Build a strong client base through outreach, follow-up, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Ensure strong floor coverage and seamless client support.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent; coach and develop the team.
• Oversee onboarding and training to ensure team success.
• Prioritize operational excellence, including inventory accuracy and fulfillment standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor in line with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with POS, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand presentation.
• Support in-store events and brand storytelling to drive engagement.
