Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, show strategic thinking, and champion change.
• Training and Developing: assist in training content, coach store associates, and support Store Manager in development and goal setting.
• Coaching and Feedback: articulate strengths, goals and opportunities, be solution oriented, use company tools for 360-degree feedback.
• Networking and Recruiting: assist Store Manager in recruiting and maintaining a bench of candidates.
• Exercise strong written and verbal skills, act with ethical conduct, promote company goals and adapt to change.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, timecards and payroll, maintain Tumi University Training, adhere to policies and visual guidelines, and execute event strategies to ensure a superior client experience.
