You will coach Store Managers, drive sales, analyze performance data, and translate HQ priorities into field action. This role blends commercial rigor with culture and customer focus.

Travel up to 50% year-round is required. You will build clienteling programs, partner with local communities, and help open new locations to grow the brand nationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit luxury retail.
• Ability to travel up to 50% out of the calendar year.
• Proven success driving sales through behavior management.
• Strong business acumen and drive for selling goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience leading diverse teams across cultures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with clienteling to drive traffic and loyalty.
• Experience in luxury fashion/eyewear retail operations.
• Strong visual and brand standard discipline.
