Job summary

MCM Worldwide Limited seeks an Associate Store Manager for our Houston boutique to drive sales, guest experience, and operational excellence. You will partner with the General Manager to execute store strategies, mentor sales associates, manage inventories, and safeguard loss prevention while upholding MCM's luxury standards.

Qualifications

1–3 years of store management experience, luxury brand exposure preferred.
BA or BS degree required.
Experience with affluent luxury brands is a plus.
Strong operational excellence in retail (payroll, shrink, inventory).
Experience opening new stores and rollout.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales targets at assigned location.
Investigate issues and coach staff to prevent recurrence.
Train staff on SOPs and brand standards.
Monitor inventory metrics and turnover.
Enforce loss prevention procedures at store.
Review P&L and coach on profitability.
Identify top and slow sellers and support merchandising.
Handle store openings and closings per standards.
Disseminate important messages to sales teams via email and tools.
