The role requires senior leadership in luxury retail, with travel up to 50% and a focus on operational excellence, team development, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit luxury retail.
• Ability to travel up to 50% out of the calendar year.
• Proven success with driving sales results through behavior management.
• Strong business acumen and drive for delivering sales goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven clienteling to drive traffic and loyalty.
