Qualifications

• 1–3 years of store management experience in fashion brands
• BA or BS degree
• Experience with luxury brands is an asset
• Operational excellence in retail stores (payroll, shrink, inventory)
• Experience opening new stores and roll-out
• Proven leadership in mentoring staff
• Flagship/high-profile locations ervaring
• Store P&L management, payroll and expenses

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets for the location.
• Resolve customer issue trends; investigate problems and coach staff.
• Train staff on SOPs and ensure proper understanding of procedures.
• Monitor inventory planning and maintain key metrics.
• Maintain loss prevention procedures to minimize shrink.
• Review the retail P&L and coach teams to improve profitability.
• Analyze top and slow sellers; execute merchandising strategy.
• Perform store opening/closing procedures per company standards.
• Share relevant communications with sales staff in a timely manner.
