Job summary

Auberge du Soleil in California’s wine country is seeking a Restaurant Reservationist to join the Food & Beverage team. You will efficiently receive and record guests’ reservations in person or by phone, and input them into OpenTable while upholding Auberge Resorts Collection standards.

The role requires at least one year in foodservice or hospitality, prior luxury experience, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year experience in the foodservice / hospitality industry.
• Prior experience in a luxury setting and good knowledge of food and wine is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record guests' reservations whether in person, via phone and input them into Open Table ensuring Auberge Resorts Collection standards are met
• Assign reservations according to customer's request and knowledge of the restaurant and flow of business
• Ensure menus are up to date, clean & mark free
• Maintain a complete knowledge of menu and all related menu items
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
