Job summary

Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley seeks a Director of Rooms to lead Guest Services, Front Desk, and Housekeeping, upholding Forbes Five-Star standards and the Auberge Collection spirit. This role oversees the guest journey from pre-arrival to departure, driving luxury service, staffing strategies, and financial performance in close partnership with the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive Rooms leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort environments.
• Experience as Director of Rooms, Assistant Director of Rooms, Director of Front Office, Director of Housekeeping, or comparable senior Rooms leadership role preferred.
• Experience in Forbes Five-Star, Michelin Key, or ultra-luxury environments highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Rooms Division functions (Guest Services, Housekeeping).
• Serve on the Executive Leadership Team and contribute to resort-wide strategy, planning, and culture.
• Establish priorities, performance expectations, and service standards across Rooms Division.
