Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage management at a luxury resort or high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and professional written and spoken English.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Train and monitor staff to Wynn service standards and handle guest issues professionally.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews while managing employee relations within the CBA.
