Canyon Ranch seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for its Spicewood, TX operation. This hands-on leadership role supports daily F&B venues and events, driving exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards while developing team members.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example to ensure operational excellence. With 3–5 years in the field, you will collaborate across Culinary, Facilities, Sales and Special Events to deliver memorable

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Food & Beverage leadership/operations.
• High School diploma; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience planning events with strong eye for detail.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily F&B operations across venues and events, maintain luxury service standards.
• Coach and motivate staff through hands-on leadership and training.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Facilities, Sales and Special Events teams.
• Respond to guest feedback and drive service improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, training and maintaining service standards.
• Support labor, inventory, scheduling and financial objectives.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and Canyon Ranch standards.
• Lead by example on the floor to foster a positive team culture.
