Job summary

The ONE GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Tucson to oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and a memorable guest experience. You will lead a high-energy team, maintain brand standards, and drive financial performance in a dynamic setting.

Applicants should have proven restaurant leadership, strong customer service, and solid F&B knowledge. Familiarity with OpenTable, POS systems, and budgeting is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and menu education ability.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS).
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budgets and P&L reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, front- and back-of-house.
• Maintain elevated, seamless dining experiences for all guests.
