Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to deliver personalized luxury guest service in our centralized contact hub. Reporting to the Reservations Sales Manager, you will handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests across phone, text, email, and other channels while upholding our five-star standards and driving guest satisfaction.

The role also involves identifying guest needs, providing personalized recommendations, and collaborating with Front Office,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in luxury hospitality or guest services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with hotel PMS and reservation platforms.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and requests.
• Manage hotel, spa, and dining reservations with precision and upsell opportunities.
• Operate PBX and coordinate with Front Office, Spa, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering.
• Document guest preferences in hotel systems and maintain service standards.
